BLACKSTONE GRILL

Pork Fried Rice 2-4 People


For the Marinade 2 Pork chops (boneless) Cut into bite-sized pieces

2 TBSP Hoisin

1/2 Cup Soy sauce

1 TBSP Ginger

1/2 Cup Honey


Chop up one onion and 3 cloves garlic

On the Blackstone

Add onions

Add pork separately

Add garlic to onions

Add rice separately

Add 2 eggs to the rice

Add 1 cup peas and 1 cup carrots (more or less to your preference)


Mix all together

Salt and pepper

Add half a stick of Butter

Add 1/2 cup chicken stock

Sprinkle on some Sesame oil or seeds

Add a smidge more Soy sauce

Green onions to garnish at the end.
