Keto Coconut Shrimp

A quick and easy recipe for the AirFryer!


Some Shrimp (prawns in the UK)

Coconut Flour

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut flakes

1 Egg

Garlic powder

Paprika

Sea Salt

Black Pepper


  1. If your Shrimp is frozen, run it under some luke warm water & pat dry.

  2. 3 bowls. 1 with beaten egg. 1 with mixture of coconut flour, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and pepper. This is to your taste but for a guide I used about 2 TBSP garlic powder and paprika 1 TBSP Salt and Pepper. and last bowl with your coconut flakes.

  3. Dip your shrimp in the coconut flour mixture first, then the egg, and then dip in the coconut flakes.

  4. I then placed on parchment paper on my air fryer wire racks. (for easy clean up!)

  5. Bake at 400f for 4 minutes. Then flip and cook for a further 5-6 Minutes. You can also place under the grill (broiler) for a further minute or 2 to crisp up.



Keto Bang Bang Sauce

(we eat this with EVERYTHING)

Keto Friendly Mayonnaise

Garlic Chilli Sauce (if not keto regular sweet chili sauce)

Sriracha Sauce (hot sauce for our UK friends)


1. I used 1/4 Cup Mayo to 2 TBSP Chilli Sauce and 1 tsp Sriracha

2. Mix together in a small bowl add salt and pepper to taste. And Natalie usually adds more hot sauce ;)
